Product Details: We use goldenrod and aster nectar
and our cold packing process to our creamy, crystalline texture and rich, to produce full-bodied taste. This fall the Aster plant bloomed in abundance, and the bees foraged enthusiastically. Aster causes the honey to crystallize, firm and smooth. If you want your honey, place the jar in warm water and let soften in a warm room – this will not result in the loss of enzymes or other healthy properties in the honey!
Really Raw Honey - 1 Pound – Pesticide Free, Totally Unheated Honey

I do not know, but usually use honey, I drink quite a lot of tea and wanted something healthier than white sugar or products such as Splenda, etc.
was only one pound two glasses Really raw honey and I must say, it’s much nicer than what I used on the local grocery store.
is packaged in jars that the right way, honey-pack (it makes things out Plastic absorbs) is. Plus its totally unfiltered seems even more demanding, both in taste and texture than the super market stuff.
It’s a solid, so it’s less messy than the liquid version. I have just a cup of tea and dipped the spoon into the honey and it draws easily set up and melted in my tea now,
If you think, honey is too cumbersome to use, to reconsider . I can honestly say this brand is better than others in its class, but it is definitely nicer than the typical filtered, liquid, plastic squeeze container diversity in most supermarket brands.
Addendum: April 2009 – my latest glasses have been 10 ounces 2kg sizes. These are packaged in plastic, no glass was unlike my glasses £ 1. Is this a concern to you, contact mfgr. about glass options to ask.
EDIT: Feb 2010 – I should add that I buy directly Really Raw. Your price including shipping within the continental United States – FYI

grown Let me just say that I’m the kind of gal, cooks for her family to set up and tried very hard to buy either local or when these are not available, organic products. I have the Really Raw Honey – Oh My Gosh tried! Hands down – the best honey I’ve ever eaten! When you open the jar, you notice it has a nice scent! It tastes like honey and flowers – it is so smooth, spicy, wonderful! No preservatives, no heating, no pesticides. . . Just like if you went out, took a knife and scratched a beehive. Soooo GOOOOD!
A critic had a problem, so that you can not “organic.” I just want to say that the bees, where local producers. You pollinate flowers on, which were not sprayed, harvested. . . . You as the provision of pure and free-of-by-product of honey, how to get on the market today. And remember – organic, if also produce better than off the rack / meat / eggs. . . does not mean free range, local grown. . . . This is a completely different topic, I could go on about.
A note on the cap (crust, as some of them), this is a very important function and enzyme density. It is to be eaten. It is delicious !!!!! If you take a bite, it is sweet – like honey, and how tough a yummy treat. Then later, it is like chewing gum – the bits of wax from the honeycomb is. This is highly sought after and full of good things for your body. So do not throw away – Eat It!
I recommend the honey A + +! – And you eat the baseboards!

It is a good quality of raw honey, you do not get me wrong. and I love the fact that they have the Propolis / Beeswax / Goodies on the surface. however. . . The honey itself is rather soft and not its organic. What is the point, you may ask? if youre going hand out some cash, why get honey, that genetically engineered materials in which the file is changed?
best bet: the ys organic raw honey. The texture is much better tasting (and you’ll agree) and their ecological for the peace of mind. Propolis is not the layer, though, but both were under the brand get ys.
for honey lovers, try the organic hawaiian white honey, if you can find it. ultra expensive, but it has a unique Minty, cool tone, without the Minty “to bite”. interesting things.

This is a good honey can, but a little too “raw” for some people the taste. There was no bee body parts into the pitcher that I could see, but just shy of this. The cap is propelis get through something, that’s for sure. Once you’re through, you will find some tasty, smooth honey. The wild flowers taste was very nice.
